ROY MCCANN

Roy sharpened his negotiation skills in helping Buyers and Sellers successfully close residential home investments in the burgeoning Inland Empire from 2002-2012 before becoming a Residential Real Estate Broker.  He has listed and sold homes throughout all of Southern California and the Las Vegas/Henderson, NV Communities.

For those suffering financial hardship and unable to make mortgage payments, Roy perfected the art of successfully navigating the choppy waters of Short Sales and implementing loss mitigation strategies, including foreclosure alternatives and resolving tenancy for displaced homeowners.

Roy listens to his clients and helps them achieve their Real Estate Goals, making sure they are making sound investments and receiving an excellent Return On Investment when they sell. 

Whether dealing with distressed Sellers, anxious Buyers, cautious Investors or problematic Tenants, Roy McCann ensures all issues are addressed effectively and professionally.

Roy has served as a member of the MLS Task Force and Grievance Committees of the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors®. 

He was a member of the Leadership Panel at The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. 

Roy is a Mentor at HOPE for Prisoners in Las Vegas, an organization dedicated to successfully assisting past offenders with re-entry to their familes, the workplace and the Las Vegas community.
